Pair of French Oak Laminate Tables

At precisely 3:57 PM every Thursday, Camila and Jonas would drag the end tables into position between their chairs in Room 214. Camila��s always went on the left. Jonas insisted it was superstition, but really, it was because hers had the sturdier legs for balancing her stack of note cards and lemon-lime soda.

The tables were upright, angular, and had a quiet authority about them. Which made them perfect for holding arguments��metaphorical and otherwise. Camila tapped hers with every key point. Jonas used his to stage impromptu hand gestures and the occasional theatrical lean.
