Set of 4 Geometric Ladder Back Chairs
-
Detail
These chairs once belonged to a man named Victor, an architect with a strict uniform: black turtlenecks, wire-rimmed glasses, and the quiet confidence of someone who had memorized every page of an Alvar Aalto monograph. He sat in one of these chairs every morning, black coffee in hand, staring out the window as if waiting for inspiration to strike. The chairs were a manifesto to him. Structure. Symmetry. Purpose.
And yet, they were also where he let himself unravel. Where his lover, a sculptor named Rene, curled up sideways, feet tucked under her, laughing at his serious lectures about Bauhaus principles. Where he rested his forehead in his hands after a long day, wondering if anyone really understood what he was trying to build.
Now, these chairs are waiting for a new home. For new conversations, new silences, new stories.
